Set monthly, weekly or even daily milestones so you can keep track of the project and be aware of issues that might arise that could delay or complicate things.Ĥ- When in doubt, ask someone: There were times when we were struggling with a specific doubt or bug and lasted many hours trying to solve it. Be clear with everything that needs to be done and try distributing it as best as possible. Keep the essence of your game, but be willing to adapt the game to your market needs or even remove features that on testing are found to be tedious or just plain wrong.ģ- Time is important, set milestones: Time is money, even more when your resources are limited.
